Designing a 3D can
Dimensions
Dimensions was the first step I took towards graphic Design. The first project that was issued to me as a graphic design student.
Using Dimensions was a really great way
of opening my imagination. It showed me how a pencil sketch became the print on a 3d can.
Dimensions is a program unique with its own powerful tools that brings out ones imagination using 3d objects.
Map
design
Adobe Illustrator Artwork
Designing a map was a real challenge as a student learning illustrator. This was one of my first assignments where it challenged me to use the many tools that illustrator has to offer.
It helped me to have a little more understanding on the importance of color and small details in an image.
This Assignment was at times annoying and time consuming but the end result was comforting.
Designing a rec center
MagicaVoxel
Working With Magicavoxel is definitely an experience. Designing a 3d model of a rec center was one of my first Mayor Assignment which took a lot of time to create but the final result was worth it. I can Honestly say that this was one of my favorite Assignments I had as a Graphic Design student.
Material
Study
Spheres (Photoshop)
Material Study was extremely fun.
Creating a 3d ball with photoshop and using a few fundamental tools such as circle tool, brush tool and layer styles, combining them with easy and creative techniques to come up with a graphic sphere was definitely fun.
It was a project where your imagination is key.
Microworlds
3D imaging with Photoshop
Microworlds was definitely love at first sight for me. Introduced by my professor I knew I had to learn to create such interesting art.
3D digital creation with the help of photoshop at its finest and I saw myself learning from multiple videos on Youtube.
I definitely recommend Creating a Microworld as a student or a professional. Remember Imagination is Key.

Fonts
Adobe Illustrator
I love typography. I remember more than 25 years ago sitting in a boring Math Class with a pencil in hand, drawing a set of fonts. What it was supposed to be a couple of letters turned into the whole alphabet (. I remember being so proud, so much that I stored it with my artwork and kept it ever since. To my surprise I had to create a set of fonts as an assignment for school, I immediately remembered my work and decided to search for it. With the help of Illustrator I was able to recreate and polish it to the work you see now.
More than 25 years and I'm still proud of it.
Coding
HTML/CSS
This was the most complicated and tedious assignment I received but as
I kept making mistakes and correcting them I found myself very interested in the
process, I started understanding and enjoying the journey of creating an
image and giving it action. I really enjoyed the designing process.

This is a great and simple tutorial on how to Color and shade in Adobe Illustrator.
